Annmarie has been an expert in the field of thought, helping implement business and people-related strategies into corporate goals and plans for strategic planning through organizational and performance management as well as employee engagement and the management of change. She is a lover of learning and sees leadership and team-building as the most valuable asset. The vast experience she has gained with small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has created organizational cultures that embodied changes and learning to positively impact individuals teams and organizations. Annmarie was inspired to donate her talent and energy to help assist Learning Ally's cause. When she is not working she offers support for a variety of non-profit organisations. These include being an member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders providing training for The Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization located in North America with the specific goal of providing training, in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and helping to support Shatterproof an organization that is a non-profit national that is dedicated to stopping addiction in the United States in educating communities to support those who are suffering from the diseases of addiction.
